Full-Service Listing– Not interested in one of our famous discounted programs that will save you money by doing some of the work yourself? Not to worry, we have a full-service program where you can sit back and let us handle everything!! The good news is you can still save money! Most listing programs are traditionally at 6%, 3% goes to the brokerage that lists your house for sale and 3% goes to the brokerage that brings along the buyer.
